Brass Sheet Metal Clamps
As per DIN 7603 Available in Copper / Asbestos / Non Asbestos For their engines, transmissions, axles, and bodies, tractors, earthmoving machinery, and farm equipment employ a vast variety of Brass Sheet Metal Clamps and sheet metal components.
These have a thickness range of up to 10 mm, a tonnage capacity of 200 tone presses, and are manufactured of several steel grades, including stainless steel, copper, and brass.
Our ability to develop and manufacture the tooling for any form of sheet metal component stems from our in-house tool room facilities. Our expertise is in both deep draw components and other kinds of metal forging. A variety of welding and manufacturing processes may be done on-site.
The Sheet Metal Components range includes:
- Sealing Caps Core Plugs & Welsh plugs manufactured out of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Brass material being used in the Engine & Transmission blocks. These are available in both Cylindrical and Conical types.
- Clamps, Clips & Brackets being used in Automotive, Tractor, Earthmoving equipment and Farm equipment as per customers’ requirements.
- Push Nuts, U clip Nuts, Self threading Nuts made out of medium carbon and high carbon steel with hardening & tempering and Electroplating with Hydrozen De embrittlement process.
- Constant Pressure Hose Clamps manufactured out of high carbon steel and carbon alloy steel for the fuel and liquid rubber pipes / hoses in the Engines and other applications.
